Snug Sauna was built on a dream to create a culture of sauna along the beautiful coast line of the North East of England that we are lucky enough to call home.

Here we strive to create an inclusive space for the community to retreat to. It is a space to slow down, share conversation and leave (we hope) with a restored body, mind and heart.
